Yes. Managed Wi-Fi service requires an active Awasr Broadband service at the installation location.
No. If no active Awasr Broadband service exists, the customer will be required to subscribe to an eligible Awasr Broadband plan before service activation.
Smart Access & Control is an optional Add-On service that enhances the Managed Wi-Fi experience by providing advanced user access management, authentication, and Wi-Fi control capabilities. It may include captive portal login, user authentication, bandwidth control, user session management, reporting, and related Wi-Fi access management features.
Yes. Customers may request package upgrades, additional APs, or Add-On enhancements during the active contract period.
