Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.
Downgrades are not allowed within the contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 24 months:
- Customers in a 12-month contract will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
- Customers in a 24-month contract will be required to pay 110 OMR for early termination fee.

No. It is available only on: Fibernet Home 28, Fibernet Home 30, Fibernet Home 35 with a 24-month contract for both new and existing customers. - 4. What happens after the 12-month promotional period?
The 1 Gbps add-on expires, and the customer returns to the standard speed included in their base plan. - 6. Does the base plan price change?
No. The 100 Baisa add-on charge will stop after 12 months. The base plan price remains unchanged. - 7. Can customers cancel the add-on before the 12 months are over?
Yes. It can be removed before the 12-month period ends, but if removed it can no longer be added and the speed will return to the normal base plan speeds. - 8. Can existing customers who are not on 28/30/35 become eligible?
Yes. They can upgrade their plan to Fibernet 28/30/35 (24-month contract) and apply the offer. - 9. What happens if the customer cancels the service before the contract ends?
Early termination fees will apply, as the 1 Gbps offer is linked to a 24-month commitment. - 10. Is the 1 Gbps upgrade permanent?
