Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.
Downgrades are not allowed within the contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 24 months:
- Customers in a 12-month contract will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
- Customers in a 24-month contract will be required to pay 110 OMR for early termination fee.

Yes. It can be removed before the 12-month period ends, but if removed it can no longer be added and the speed will return to the normal base plan speeds. - 8. Can existing customers who are not on 28/30/35 become eligible?
Yes. They can upgrade their plan to Fibernet 28/30/35 (24-month contract) and apply the offer. - 9. What happens if the customer cancels the service before the contract ends?
