- Existing residential customers upgrading to a higher eligible MRC plan.

- Contract Commitment
A 24-month contract is mandatory to receive the Offer. The Offer will not apply without the 24-month commitment. Early termination penalties apply as per standard policy. - Offer Validity
The Offer is valid only during the Ramadan campaign period - Upgrade Conditions
- Customers on FIBERNET HOME 30 OMR must upgrade to 35 OMR or above to qualify.
- Customers on non-FIBERNET HOME packages must upgrade to FIBERNET HOME 30 OMR or above to qualify.
- Downgrades are not eligible.
- Channels
The Offer is available through all official sales channels. - Bundle Limits & Devices
- Bundle benefits are granted once per eligible subscription during the promo period.
- Gaming Boost applies only to 35/40/45/90/500 OMR plans (one set per subscription).
- Devices (Barqi Mesh Wi-Fi / Gaming Router) are subject to stock availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Barqi Device Selection (30 OMR Plan Only)
Customers must choose one device only:- Barqi Mesh Wi-Fi (One Pack) OR Barqi Gaming Router (One Pack).
- Entertainment Voucher (One Only)
Customers must select one 12-month subscription:- Shahid OR Starzplay.
New residential customers.
- A one-time installation charge of OMR 15 applies to AWASR packages with 12-month contract.
- A one-time installation charge of OMR 10 applies to AWASR packages with 24-month contract.

Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.
Downgrades are not allowed within the contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 24 months:
- Customers in a 12-month contract will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
- Customers in a 24-month contract will be required to pay 110 OMR for early termination fee.
