Commencement of Agreement and Term:
- These plans are available for new customers only.
- New customers will have to sign a 12-months or 24-months contract to subscribe to any of Awasr Fibernet Home plans.
- Awasr New customers with 12 months contract will be getting additional speed starting from 80 Mbps for 12 Months.
- Awasr New customers with 24 months contract will be getting 30 % discount in the first year & additional speed starting from 80 Mbps for 24 Months.
- The new promotion will be applicable for New Residential Fibernet Broadband subscribers only.
- The promotion will be starting from 11st of May until 30th of June 2023.
- The offer will not be applicable for customers who terminate existing connection and request for a new connection.
- Pre-order applicants will be entitled to this offer from 11st of May until 30th of June 2023
- There will be no installation fees for the customers who subscribe with 24 months contract in this offer.
- Customers who subscribe with 12 months contract will be charged 15 OMR for installation.
Upgrades and Downgrades:
- Downgrades are not allowed within the 12-months & 24-months contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
- Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period but he will get the original speed of the new package.
Terminations:
- If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 12 & 24 months:
- The customer with 12 months contract will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
- The customer with 24 months contract will be required to pay 110 OMR for an early termination fee.
- The customer must also return all equipment including modem, Set-Top box or any other equipment provided to the customer ("Equipment") and pay for all Equipment that is damaged (with exception of wear and tear) or that unable to return to Awasr.
- Customers who terminate and request a new connection in the same TAG within a period of 45 days will not be entitled to the promotion.
