The service provides customers with access to the internet using FTTx broadband techology and Fibre optic cables, for connectivity to the internet.

A Fibre optic network used cables made from glass fibres which transports large amounts of information using light. This allows customers to have access to internet at up to Gigabit per second speeds.

All necessary equipment will be provided to you at the point of installing the service.

You can subscribe through the website by clicking on the “Contact an Expert” tab under any of the packages that are suitable for your business. One of our experts will contact you to discuss your selection, and the contract terms available. You can also visit one of our locations in Avenues Mall, City Centre Seeb and Mall of Oman, or call our Customer Care Desk at 8000 9999, or send an email to corp.sales@awasr.com. Upon signing up, Awasr will deliver the connection and the hardware for your premises free of charge.

As part of our call to confirm your request, we will check that we can provide the service at your location. Following the confirmation that we can provide the service at your location, we will agree a contract with you, and start the order process.

You can cancel your service by visiting our locations in Avenues Mall, City Centre Mall Seeb and Mall of Oman, or in writing to your account manager. Cancellation of the service within the minimum contract period will incur a termination fee.

You can upgrade and downgrade your speed by requesting this through your account manager, or at our locations in Avenues Mall, City Centre Mall Seeb and Mall of Oman. Downgrading the service within the contract term will incur a charge, please contact your account manager for more information.

We recommend that you check your speed via www.speedtest.net. You can select test server hosted by Awasr to check your upload and download speed. This should be carried out with an Ethernet (LAN) cable connected directly to your laptop. An Ethernet connection will give you appropriate speeds than WiFi connection, as WiFi connection and speed can vary depending on the size and construction of your office premise.

Simply contact your account manager to discuss this, and he/she will advise on the best way to proceed, and also help you manage the move of the service.

Your account manager will keep you updated on the status and progress of your order.

We connect customers to our network at their requested internet speeds. It is important to note there are some external factors outside of our control which can impact customer speeds. All speeds are provided in an "up to" capacity. We will connect your service at your subscribed speed however some of the content you access, within and outside of the country, may not support such high speeds. It is important to note that not all devices (laptops/desktops/mobile phones) will support a 1 GBPS plan.

You will receive your bill within the first 7 days of the month.

You can make payments by direct transfer from your bank account into Awasr’s bank account. The bank details will be provided by your account manager as part of setting up the service.
